AI Operations Intern

About the Role

The AI Operations Intern is a remote, contract role focused on supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven operational workflows and customer acquisition systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and organizing data
• Assisting with process mapping
• Documenting system requirements
• Helping monitor performance metrics across AI automation, CRM integrations, and analytics dashboards
• Collaborating with operations, technical, and client-facing team members to coordinate tasks, prepare reports, and ensure smooth execution of projects
• Supporting sales and marketing initiatives with operational insights
• Conducting research on tools and best practices
• Contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes and client deliverables

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking performance, and supporting AI and automation initiatives
• Communication abilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting processes
• Interest or experience in Sales and revenue-focused operations
• Foundational Operations Management and Project Management skills
• Comfort with digital tools such as spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and project management software
• Familiarity with AI or data analytics tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, experimental setting

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or experience in business, operations, analytics, or a related field
• Current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
