About the Role
Flexwork is hiring E-Relationship Associates for an international customer support process serving US and UK customers. This is a non-voice role, handling customer interactions primarily through email and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through email and live chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional, courteous, and clear written communication.
- Resolve customer queries within defined turnaround times and service standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, response-time, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Handle multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Strong written communication and professional email etiquette.
- Good typing speed, computer literacy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations.
- Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work night shifts, rotational shifts, and rotational week-offs.
- Comfortable working on US and UK customer support projects.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
