About the Role
Rainbow International School is seeking a warm, confident Relationship Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for parents and prospective students. This role involves guiding families through the admissions process and ensuring positive interactions with the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Parent & Prospect Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for parents and prospective students.
- Welcome visitors, conduct school tours, and assist with open houses.
- Build trust and lasting relationships with parents and guardians.
- Admissions Support
- Handle admission inquiries via calls, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information on programs, curriculum, fees, and policies.
- Follow up with prospective parents and guide them through the application process.
- Coordination
- Collaborate with academic, administration, and accounts teams to resolve parent queries.
- Ensure clear and timely communication between parents and school departments.
- Parent Concerns
- Handle parent concerns and complaints calmly and professionally.
- Escalate issues when necessary while maintaining positive relationships.
- Records & Reporting
- Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and parent interactions in the CRM.
- Assist in preparing reports on admissions trends and parent feedback.
- Brand Ambassador
- Represent the school’s values and programs in all interactions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office is desirable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or education is a plus.
