WordPress Developer Internship

About the Role

Peoplever is offering a hands-on, project-based opportunity for an aspiring WordPress Developer to build practical experience in website development and delivery. The intern will work on assignments that may vary according to active project requirements, gaining exposure to real-world workflows, responsive web experiences, and client-focused execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress websites.
• Configure themes, plugins, pages, menus, forms, and other site components as required by project briefs.
• Assist with responsive layouts, basic front-end updates, content implementation, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
• Coordinate with the project team, communicate progress, and complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
• Identify and report functional or visual issues and help implement suitable fixes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0 to 1 year of experience, including academic, freelance, or personal WordPress projects.
• Interest in WordPress development and a willingness to learn through project-based work.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website structure, and content management systems is helpful.
• Information Technology or a related educational background is preferred.
• Good problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• The internship will run for 3 weeks.
• Candidates from Pune are preferred.

This is a paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹2,000 to ₹10,000.
