What you'll do
- Improve website conversion rate by working on landing pages, product pages, and the overall funnel.
- Improve ROAS on performance by helping paid spend on Meta and Google work harder through testing and sharper targeting.
- Own key metrics day to day: ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, add to cart rate, and checkout drop-offs.
- Run experiments: A/B test pages, creatives, and copy.
- Spot friction in the customer journey and suggest fixes.
- Help with lifecycle basics: email, SMS, and WhatsApp flows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Final year student or fresh graduate.
- Some hands-on experience in D2C, growth, or digital marketing (internship, live project, or own store).
- Comfortable with numbers and can read a spreadsheet.
- Some exposure to GA4, Shopify, or Meta and Google Ads.
- A sharp eye for what makes a landing page convert: layout, copy, load speed, clarity.
- Curious and self-driven.
- Strong with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Bonus: Exposure to CRO tools, Figma, or basic HTML and CSS.
Qualifications
- Final year student or fresh graduate.
- Some hands-on experience in D2C, growth, or digital marketing.
- Comfortable with numbers and analyzing metrics like ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and funnel metrics.
- Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, or Meta and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of landing page conversion factors.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
