About the Role
- Daily pay available
- Full-time position
- Rotating weekends and holidays required
- Must be able to work AM and PM shifts
Role Purpose
Responsible for performing a variety of food service functions, including:
- Setting up service areas with food, utensils, and garnishments.
- Food portioning.
- Serving.
- Sanitation.
- Operating a cash register.
- Assembling patient trays.
- Assisting with customer requests.
- May also perform food preparation at some locations.
Responsibilities
- Provides customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
- Follows food safety and portion guidelines.
- Assembles meals according to the menu, diet order, and correct protocol.
- Ensures work area is set up and supplies and products are organized before, during, and after the shift.
- Cleans and sanitizes the work station and utensils.
- Uses equipment and materials properly and safely.
