Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team on active opportunities and take a strong role in the sales process.
- Create proposals, presentations, and bid packages that stand out and help win projects.
- Own product sales sheets, collection sheets, case studies, and leave-behinds, turning product specs into clear, customer-focused benefits.
- Build and maintain an organized library of current, on-brand sales templates, product images, and marketing materials.
- Handle sample, marketing material, and trade show requests for sales.
- Prioritize and organize incoming sales requests, and manage deadlines so the team stays on track.

- Create, schedule, and publish professional social media content, and report on what’s working.
- Source product photography, installation images, and customer project highlights for marketing use.
- Work with our website team to keep WordPress content and WooCommerce product listings (descriptions, specifications, images) accurate and current, and serve as the internal contact for website requests.
- Use AI tools to draft and refine content, and review all output for accuracy, brand consistency, and proper handling of company information.
- Provide backup entry of customer orders and sample requests, as needed.
- Track engagement, site traffic, and campaign results in Excel, and stay current on marketing and flooring-industry trends.

- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Competitive spirit and a drive to win.
- Works well in a team toward a shared goal.
Preferred

- Working familiarity with WordPress; WooCommerce experience is a plus.
- Experience with a social media scheduling tool and basic analytics.
- Experience in building materials, flooring, or other B2B products, or a strong interest in them.
- Experience working with an outside web or creative agency.
