The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to contribute. This role offers exposure to the full marketing process, from ideation to execution, while ensuring organized, timely, on-brand, and customer-ready work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day execution of marketing programs, campaigns, customer events, trade shows, sales meetings, and internal marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Assist with event logistics, including registration, appointment schedules, timelines, packing lists, signage, badges, vendor coordination, decor, shipping, on-site materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate product samples for customer meetings, trade shows, campaign needs, photo/video shoots, innovation launches, and sales requests; ensure samples are labeled, organized, tracked, and fulfilled accurately.
- Maintain booth, showroom, and merchandising inventory, including product displays, launch materials, trade show supplies, promotional items, sales tools, and reorder needs.
- Schedule and support social media posts across company channels, organize social assets, prepare links and captions for review, and help track approvals and publishing timelines.
- Assist with campaign execution by routing creative requests, gathering assets, proofing details, coordinating with designers and vendors, and maintaining the marketing calendar.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, including product photography, renderings, sell sheets, presentations, event materials, logos, videos, vendor files, and shared digital folders.
- Support shipping and fulfillment of samples, promotional items, customer materials, and event supplies, including label creation, tracking, inventory communication, and delivery follow-up.
- Assist with sales enablement materials, presentation updates, Digideck support, customer leave-behinds, internal tools, and other materials that support customer meetings and business development.
- Provide administrative marketing support, including purchase order and invoice backup, vendor quotes, budget documentation, meeting notes, status updates, project tracking, calendars, and procurement coordination.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Leadership, to gather information and keep marketing tasks moving forward.
- Support showroom, booth, and event merchandising to ensure FusionPKG products are presented accurately, beautifully, and in alignment with current marketing priorities.
- Uphold FusionPKG brand standards, product accuracy, and attention to detail across internal and customer-facing materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve repeatable processes, templates, folder organization, inventory tracking, and marketing operations workflows.
