About The Role

We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based, FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Our client base and trading volume are growing fast. Our relationships with traders, trading communities, and partners are a big part of how we grow.

As a Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator, you will be dedicated to building and nurturing relationships with partners, influencers, and trading communities that introduce us to new clients, and supporting our existing client base. You will learn our business and customers well enough to communicate effectively and represent the firm. This role involves managing partner and influencer relationships, supporting content creation, and planning client and trader events, all while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnerships & Influencer Relationships
  • Identify and research potential partners: trading educators, influencers, communities, and complementary platforms.
  • Coordinate partner and influencer outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
  • Manage partner relationships, including agreements, deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups.
  • Client & Trader Relationships
  • Understand our client base to communicate with traders using the appropriate voice and tone.
  • Support ongoing client touchpoints, including check-ins, announcements, and relationship-building outreach.
  • Content Support
  • Assist in creating and coordinating content for social media, email, our website, and partner channels.
  • Route all content through compliance review and track approvals before publication.
  • Maintain a content calendar for consistent visibility in the trading community.
  • Events
  • Plan and execute events for clients and traders, from small dinners to larger gatherings.
  • Coordinate our presence at industry conferences and trader events, managing logistics, materials, invitations, and follow-up.
  • Tracking & Reporting
  • Track partnership, content, and event results, focusing on which activities drive new clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date contacts and activity in our CRM and share simple reports with leadership.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • Location: In office, Miami Beach, FL.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings for client and trader events.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Canva or Adobe (design and content tools), and a CRM.
  • Platforms: Familiarity with online trading communities and platforms such as X, YouTube, and Discord.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a strong university program in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Up to two years of experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or client relations, including internships.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to adjust tone for different audiences.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities (partners, content, events) without detail loss.
  • Comfortable building relationships and representing the firm both in person and online.
  • Willingness to work in our Miami Beach office full-time, with occasional evening events.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry requiring compliance review for content.
  • Hands-on event planning experience.
  • Personal interest in markets and trading.
