About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineering role based in Sambalpur. The role supports senior engineers in project planning, design, and implementation, including preparing technical drawings, basic calculations, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in project planning, design, and implementation.
- Prepare technical drawings, basic calculations, and documentation.
- Assist with site inspections.
- Collect and organize data.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Help ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Update project reports.
- Participate in review meetings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational knowledge of engineering principles in a relevant discipline (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical, or related field).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and basic project documentation.
- Comfort with using standard engineering and office software tools for calculations, reporting, and communication.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Interest in field work, site visits, and practical problem solving.
Qualifications
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related technical field.
- Prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
