Front Page Agency is launching its Arizona expansion and seeks ambitious individuals for an entry-level Telecom Project Associate role. This position is designed for those wanting to build professional experience in telecom, customer acquisition, sales, leadership, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent our telecom client in face-to-face customer environments.
• Educate customers on available products and service options.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support customer acquisition and market growth.
• Participate in retail, event, and promotional campaigns.
• Learn sales, communication, and customer engagement strategies.
• Track individual and team performance.
• Develop an understanding of territory and campaign operations.
• Assist with training newer team members as you advance.
• Learn leadership, recruiting, and team-development fundamentals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

No previous telecom or sales experience is required.

Experience in customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, athletics, events, marketing, communications, or sales can transfer well.
