Role: Junior Backend Developer Intern
Duration: 3 months
Work Mode: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: 4–5 hours per day
Compensation: Unpaid Internship
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Build and integrate REST APIs.
- Work with PostgreSQL and SQL for database operations.
- Implement CRUD operations and data validation.
- Understand and work with authentication and authorization.
- Handle errors, debug issues, and improve API reliability.
- Work with background tasks and user-specific data handling.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and the engineering team.
- Maintain clean, readable, and maintainable code.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with FastAPI or other Python backend frameworks.
- Understanding of REST APIs and HTTP fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of JSON, CRUD operations, and data validation.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
