About the Role

Rent An Attire is a fashion tech company offering designer wear through premium rental services. The company blends opulence with sustainability, grounded in the principles of circular economy and technological innovation. As an omnichannel platform, Rent An Attire connects in-store experiences at locations in Pune and Dehradun with convenient online rentals.

This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant Intern role based in the Pune Division. The intern will assist clients in selecting appropriate outfits and accessories for various occasions, ensuring a personalized styling experience aligned with current fashion trends and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting appropriate outfits and accessories.
• Support fittings.
• Coordinate looks for events.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store.
• Manage garment selection and returns.
• Update product and styling information.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Educate customers on rental options and the benefits of circular fashion.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational fashion knowledge and styling ability.
• Strong interest in luxury and sustainable fashion.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail in outfit coordination, fittings, and garment care.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with using digital tools and online platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a program in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or project experience in fashion retail, styling, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
