The Junior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. This role involves supporting senior architects with concept development, preparing drawings and 3D models, and assisting in the creation of architectural design presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior architects with concept development.
• Prepare drawings and 3D models.
• Assist in the creation of architectural design presentations.
• Coordinate design details.
• Update plans and documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with local codes and regulations.
• Participate in project reviews.
• Contribute to design discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Maintain organized project files.
• Support basic project management activities such as timelines and deliverables.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
• Comfort with digital collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools or workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM integration, design software interoperability).

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
• Basic Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and supporting coordination with project stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Interest in building codes, materials, and sustainable design practices.
• Strong analytical, visual, and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented studio environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines.
