About the Role
The IND Analyst I position within Aon's Human Capital Solutions (HCS) - Operations (Ops) team is a Full Time role based in Gurgaon. The working style is Hybrid, with a Cab Facility provided. The shift times are either 12 PM to 9 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM. This is not a People Manager role.

General Description of Role
This role involves conducting surveys to collect compensation data from corporate and business firms. The objective is to benchmark the external competitive market for jobs and skill sets comparable to those within an organization. The process includes rigorous data analysis, auditing salary data, querying clients for clarifications, removing salary outliers while considering market benchmarks, and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys to collect compensation data.
- Analyze data, including rigorous auditing and querying clients.
- Remove salary outliers, considering market benchmarks.
- Generate reports.
- Operate as part of a team under the supervision of Sr. Analysts/Ops Managers.
- Execute projects in line with SLA requirements, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Understand and apply processes directly linked to personal work.
- Support process and technology enhancements/initiatives.
- Collaborate with peers to understand methodologies and data findings.
- Enhance technical skills and personal effectiveness through training, education, and coaching.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of Statistics.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel assessment to be conducted).
- Email writing (Assessment based).
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Except technical graduates).
- No Technical Graduate (B.E/B.Tech).
- No Regular Postgraduate (MBA/MCA/MA/M.Sc/M.Tech).
- Good communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Time Management skills.
