Finance Associate

About the Role

Crepdog Crew is seeking a Finance Associate – D2C Brands to support the financial operations of its direct-to-consumer business. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Track sales and expenses.
• Ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Reconcile accounts.
• Help monitor budgets and cash flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing) to provide financial insights.
• Contribute to performance analysis.
• Support decision-making with timely data.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP software is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Analytical Skills.
• Knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Effective Communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in D2C, retail, or fashion/lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working Hours: 11am-8pm
