Working Days: Monday-Saturday (Sunday fixed off)

Timings: 10-7 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a Planning Engineer – Civil with strong project planning and scheduling skills, hands-on knowledge of MS Project (MSP), and a good understanding of construction activities and site sequencing. Training for the role will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and regularly update project schedules using MS Project (MSP).
• Prepare and maintain Gantt Charts, baseline schedules, and progress schedules.
• Understand and plan proper construction sequencing, including Civil works followed by MEP, finishing, architectural, and other activities.
• Apply basic planning techniques such as Critical Path Method (CPM) and identify critical activities.
• Monitor planned vs. actual project progress and highlight delays or schedule deviations.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and track project milestones.
• Assist in identifying schedule risks and developing recovery plans for delayed activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project (MSP), Excel, & PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of construction methodology, activity sequencing, and project scheduling.
• Good interpersonal, coordination, and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Preferred: Experience in PMC / Project Management Consultancy.
• Knowledge of CPM, Gantt Charts, project monitoring, and progress tracking is preferred (not mandatory).
