About the Role
The Video Production Intern will support the end-to-end creation of video content for Maestro Minds podcast episodes and related digital assets. This is an internship role that is fully on-site and located in Noida, UP.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with camera setup, lighting, and audio recording during on-site podcast sessions.
- Organize and manage raw footage.
- Help with basic video editing, graphics, and formatting for social media and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the host and production team to maintain visual consistency.
- Prepare thumbnails and short clips.
- Ensure timely delivery of content.
Qualifications & Skills
- Good command of spoken and writing English.
- Strong interest in video production, podcasting, and digital media.
- Basic knowledge of Social Media.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Understanding of how to repurpose long-form video into short-form content.
- Good organizational skills for managing files, naming conventions, and asset libraries.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
