Civil Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting the planning, design, and development of transport-related infrastructure, including roadways, drainage, and facility layouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare design drawings and calculations.
• Assist with stormwater and site grading plans.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
• Review project specifications.
• Conduct site visits.
• Monitor construction quality.
• Support timely project delivery.
• Help optimize existing infrastructure to improve efficiency and durability in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Civil Engineering Design and practical application of Civil Engineering principles.
• Experience working in Civil Engineer roles with responsibility for infrastructure or transport-related projects.
• Ability to plan and coordinate projects, including scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Understanding of local building codes, transportation standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
