Chief Financial Officer

About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ABS FOODS LIMITED is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Monitor key financial metrics.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions.
• Assess investment opportunities.
• Optimize cost structures.
• Support pricing and margin strategies.
• Provide clear financial insights.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive sustainable, profitable expansion of the company.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Financial Planning: budgeting, forecasting, long-term strategic financial modeling.
• Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Advanced Analytical Skills.
• Leadership experience managing finance teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in the food, FMCG, or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in corporate finance and financial management.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is highly desirable.
