About the Role
White Knight Chess Academy is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and reliable individual to assist with day-to-day batch coordination, classroom management, and student engagement. No advanced chess expertise is needed. Complete step-by-step training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student check-ins, attendance, and basic batch coordination.
- Assist instructors in keeping young learners (ages 5–12) focused, engaged, and orderly.
- Hand out activity sheets, set up session materials, and monitor practice activities.
- Address basic parent queries at the front desk with warmth and clarity.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Punctual, organized, and dependable.
- Basic familiarity with simple board game rules or an eagerness to learn.
- Residents of Hadapsar or nearby Pune areas are preferred.
