About the Role

Sandoz Restaurants is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed Stewards (Waiters) to join our team. The role involves providing excellent guest service, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for guests. Freshers who are passionate about hospitality and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and communicate orders to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their dining experience.
• Set up tables before service and clear tables after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, food safety guidelines, and grooming standards.
• Support overall restaurant operations during busy service hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with experience in restaurants, hotels, cafes, food courts, QSRs, or hospitality establishments will be preferred.
• Basic English and Hindi communication skills preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
