About the Role

Pacify Medical Technologies Pvt Ltd is building an innovative medical device company focused on developing a new approach to healing burn and trauma wounds faster through micrografting. The company is transitioning from validated technology to hospital launch, institutional partnerships, and funding rounds. This internship offers the opportunity to work directly with the Founder & CEO and own real workstreams from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy and market research: competitor matrices, market sizing, pricing, hospital dynamics
• Fundraising and grants: investor mapping, accelerator and scheme applications, pitch material
• Commercial development: clinician and hospital outreach, pilots, event preparation
• Execution: trackers, dashboards, follow-ups, meeting minutes
• 0-to-1 special projects, using AI tools to cut repetitive work

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High ownership: proactive and takes initiative
• Sharp research skills
• Clear, structured writing ability
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and decks
• Fluent with AI tools
• Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information
• Genuine interest in startups and healthcare innovation

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or a recent graduate
• At least one solid internship or project
• Backgrounds in Life sciences, biomedical, design, business, or consulting are welcome, but all disciplines are considered.

• Location: Mumbai (in-person)
• Duration: 3-6 months
• Hours: 20-40 hrs/week
