About the Role
The LHR Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and drive internal hiring for our Executive Search business.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end internal Talent Acquisition
- Headhunting & sourcing talent from Executive Search / Recruitment firms
- Building proactive talent pipelines
- Candidate screening, interview coordination & offer management
- Onboarding, employee lifecycle & day-to-day HR operations
- Selective coordination and executive support to the Founder
