About the Role

Job Title: Trainee Process Associate AR Caller

Process: International Voice Process

Work Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls using available resources.
• Utilize all possible tools and applications to progress account resolution, resulting in payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer, or adjustment.
• Report trends/patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues, and billing-related roadblocks to the reporting manager.
• Meet established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for production and quality.
• Update call outcomes or analysis clearly and coherently in the billing system.
• Utilize and stay updated with changes to P&Ps (Policies and Procedures).
• Improve performance based on feedback from the reporting manager/quality audit team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• US Shifts: Must be comfortable working with US Shifts (05:30 PM to 02:30 AM or 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM). Flexible for both shifts.
• Billing System: Experience with updating information in a billing system.
• Policies and Procedures (P&Ps): Ability to utilize and stay updated with changes.

Qualifications

• Graduate fresher: BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths).
• Passed out year: 2021 - 2026.
• Note: Diploma, B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech are not eligible.
