Management Trainee (Denver International Airport)

About the Role

• This is a 12-month Management Trainee Program designed to accelerate your leadership career.
• Upon successful completion, you will graduate into a leadership position.
• Earn an hourly rate of $23.52 with a performance-based bonus.
• Eligible for the use of a company car upon successful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program.
• Support the achievement of operational goals.
• Contribute to greater efficiency and shared success within the team.
• Gain insights into key business areas: Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Develop along clear learning and performance goals.
• Work in operational day-to-day business from day one, understanding all aspects of core operations from sales to fleet operations.
• Receive training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality, and Management.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, driven to lead.
• Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership.
• Required to work and travel within the United States as business needs dictate. This is not a fully remote position.
• May require periodic travel of up to 50% during the first year of the program, as well as temporary assignments across various locations within the United States.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.
