Panthak Business Solutions (PBS) is a strategic growth consulting and digital marketing advisory firm. This role is managed by Panthak for a partner, an interactive social fashion marketplace and live-commerce ecosystem.

Job Summary

• Position: Marketplace Growth & Outreach Intern

• Location: Pune (Preferred) / Open to Remote (Pan-India)
• Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time / Flexible)
• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 / month (Fixed)

We are seeking articulate, persuasive, and proactive interns to drive the core outbound growth engine of the marketplace. This role involves sourcing, contacting, and onboarding fashion designers and boutique labels, while actively locating and engaging shoppers through targeted promotional outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, source, and build structured contact databases of independent designers, apparel labels, and boutiques.
• Introduce the platform's digital storefront model to sellers.
• Guide sellers through platform signup, KYC documentation, and their first catalog product uploads (images, prices, variants).
• Identify shoppers and execute outbound campaigns.
• Maintain daily disposition logs across master Google Sheets/CRM tracking outreach progress, KYC verification stages, and shopper engagement.
• Maintain daily activity benchmarks of outbound outreach attempts and promotional shopper messages.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or Communications preferred).
• Clear, confident, and polite verbal communication skills over phone calls (proficiency in English and Hindi is essential).
• Self-starter attitude with a strong interest in business development and vendor onboarding.
• Basic familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / MS Excel) for record-keeping.
• Keen interest in e-commerce, Indian fashion, retail apparel, or social commerce platforms.
