About the Role

DiraTech Solutions is a technology-focused company dedicated to helping clients create innovative products, build scalable systems, and grow their digital presence. This is a full-time, remote position focused on contributing to the development and maintenance of backend and full-stack software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing clean, efficient code.
• Reviewing and testing existing code.
• Debugging issues.
• Assisting in implementing new features.
• Collaborating with engineers and mentors to understand requirements.
• Participating in code reviews.
• Documenting technical solutions.
• Learning and applying best practices in software engineering, version control, and deployment processes.
• Supporting ongoing projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Software Development and Programming skills, including familiarity with common languages and tools.
• Experience or coursework in Back-End Web Development, such as working with APIs, databases, or server-side frameworks.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to apply OOP techniques in code.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools, version control (e.g., Git), and basic software development workflows.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Computer Science concepts and principles.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment.
