About the Role

CareKub is building a service that supports working caregivers and guardians by offering flexible, home-based childcare solutions. This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder with Investment role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. You will help shape the company’s strategy, develop and refine the business model, and drive growth across core functions. You will work closely with other founding members to make key decisions, set priorities, and build a scalable childcare platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market and user research.
• Build partnerships with families, caregivers, and relevant organizations.
• Oversee operational processes.
• Contribute capital and financial planning input.
• Collaborate on product and service improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate business performance, and support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, engage families and nannies, and represent the company externally.
• Solid sales skills to drive customer acquisition, manage leads, and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
• Marketing skills to design and execute campaigns, strengthen brand awareness, and grow user engagement.
• Research skills to assess market needs, understand user behavior, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
• Demonstrate leadership.
• Operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in startups, consumer services, childcare, or marketplace platforms is beneficial.
• Comfort with making an investment in the business and taking on shared risk and responsibility is required.
