• Manage the recruitment process from candidate qualification to placement.
• Cultivate and manage candidate relationships for the long term.
• Bring on new accounts and manage client relationships in a competitive environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Focus areas include: AI, machine learning, hardware acceleration, quantum computing, silicon photonics, and other emerging technologies.

• Entry-level graduate looking to excel in the recruitment field.
• Natural sales abilities or sales experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 + uncapped commission
