Human Resource Recruiter Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
- Support HR team with various recruitment initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Undergraduates and freshers are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- 0 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
