About the Role

A full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting day-to-day insurance operations and claim processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and claim experts to ensure timely processing of documentation.
• Perform data entry and follow-ups with partners and customers.
• Monitor workflows and track service delivery timelines.
• Help resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain high service standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Office or similar productivity tools.
• Familiarity with CRM or operations management systems is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong operations skills with experience in process coordination, workflow management, and adherence to service timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers, claim experts, and internal teams.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify process issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to handle queries, provide clear information, and ensure a positive experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, insurance, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services operations is a plus.
