Pharma QC (Trainee to Sr. Executive)

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area for Pharma Quality Control professionals, ranging from Trainee to Senior Executive, with mandatory experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) formulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Documenting and reporting test results.
• Maintaining laboratory records.
• Following SOPs.
• Supporting investigations related to deviations or quality issues.
• Collaborating with production, QA, and regulatory teams to support batch release and continuous improvement of QC processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures in pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially OSD formulations, including routine testing and validation activities.
• Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Hands-on experience with QC laboratory instruments and techniques (e.g., HPLC, UV spectrophotometry, dissolution testing, physical testing of tablets/capsules).
• Ability to perform analytical calculations, interpret results, identify trends or deviations, and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work closely with production, QA, and regulatory teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and safety-conscious approach to laboratory work, with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area and adapt to shift-based schedules as required by manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc in a relevant scientific or pharmaceutical discipline.
• Prior experience in OSD QC is strongly preferred.
