About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Qc Fresher role at the AlphaPine and Aromatics Pvt Ltd plant in Una, Himachal Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products under guidance.
• Prepare and label samples.
• Follow standard testing procedures.
• Record results accurately.
• Report any deviations to the quality supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory.
• Support documentation for quality records.
• Collaborate with production staff to help ensure product consistency.
• Learn and follow established quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to aroma chemical manufacturing.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to perform basic laboratory work, including handling chemicals safely, preparing samples, and following test procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting test results, maintaining records, and following standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to learn quality control methods for aroma chemicals and to follow guidance from senior QC staff.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and readiness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment in Una.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report preparation; familiarity with MS Excel or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams.
• Knowledge of safety practices in chemical plants and laboratories.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Preferably a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc. Chemistry or related field).
• Prior internship or project experience in a chemical industry setting is a plus.
