About the Role

This role is located at one of the following locations: Clearwater Beach 33767, Palm Harbor 34660, Largo 33756, Oldsmar 34677, Pinellas Park 33781, St Pete Beach 33706, Seminole 33781, South St. Petersburg 33711.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Learn to always put customers first.
- Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building business.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1 year of cumulative experience or involvement in sales, defined as commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential (e.g., serving/restaurant/bar, retail, hospitality industry).
- If no sales experience, 1 year of experience or involvement in any of the following: military, collegiate athlete, or leadership role within an academic organization.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record:
- No more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Sales experience or relevant alternative experience (military, collegiate athlete, academic leadership).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
