About the Role

Resham Sutra is a social enterprise developing technology and business solutions for rural textile producers. We’re looking for a curious, practical intern to identify repetitive manual work and build useful automations that save time, reduce errors, and improve productivity. This is a hands-on role focused on implementing solutions—not just researching tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for automation.
• Build workflows using no-code tools and AI applications.
• Automate all activities from sales to delivery.
• Bridge the human - solution test workflows, troubleshoot errors, and document solutions.
• Measure time saved and help colleagues adopt the new processes.

Qualifications

• A student interested in automation, AI, operations, or business analytics.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and eager to learn new tools.
• Enjoys turning repetitive work into reliable, repeatable systems.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with programming, APIs, or no-code platforms is helpful, but isn’t essential for every assignment.
