About the Role

We are seeking an International SDR Intern to join our team. This role is focused on driving our outbound efforts in the US market, identifying and engaging with potential e-commerce brands to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting for the US market, identifying and reaching out to high-potential e-commerce brands.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other creative outbound channels.
• Research accounts to understand their business and tailor outreach for relevance.
• Engage in conversations with founders, CX leaders, marketing leaders, and other senior stakeholders to identify potential solutions.
• Qualify leads based on business need, use case, urgency, and buying potential, and set up meetings for Account Executives.
• Experiment with different messaging, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), channels, and prospecting approaches to determine effectiveness in the US market.
• Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) and the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) team to enhance lead quality, messaging, and conversion rates.
• Gather customer and market insights to influence sales and product strategy.
• Track activity, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion rates, continuously seeking improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable with cold calling.
• Ability to engage in conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English for natural communication with US-based customers.
• Comfortable working in US time zones as required.

Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales / business development.
• Preference for experience selling into the US market.
