About the Role

• Company: Cultura Technologies
• Position: Project-Based Intern
• Duration: One year or as mutually agreed.
• Hours: Not to exceed 20 hours per week.
• Location: Remote-based, within the United States.
• Type: Student (Fixed Term) (Trainee)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Work: Assist in the completion of specific projects based on skill set and interest. Projects may include software development, data analysis, marketing campaigns, product research, and more.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and mentors to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives and provide actionable insights.
• Documentation: Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as required for project completion and stakeholder communication.
• Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
• Feedback and Evaluation: Receive regular feedback from mentors and supervisors to support personal and professional growth.
• May work on AI projects, including building and testing AI agents and automated workflows.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Education: Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a college or university program related to fields such as Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or Agriculture.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical, AI experience, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools (e.g., programming languages, marketing platforms, data analysis tools) is a plus.
• Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility: Ability to manage time effectively and balance academic responsibilities with internship commitments.
