About the Role

Bay Imaging Consultants Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a fellowship-trained radiologist to join their after-hours Emergency Radiology service line. This role offers the flexibility of teleradiology with the option to work from home, Bay Area offices, or Honolulu offices. All necessary equipment for home reading will be provided.

Position Options

• Partnership Track: Opportunity for full parity partnership with a well-established group. Ideal for those seeking long-term growth, full-time work (80-100%), and shared governance.
• Associate: W-2 employed radiologist with competitive compensation and benefits for full-time positions. This option offers flexibility in working hours.
• Contractor / 1099: Independent, contractor-based option for those who prefer to manage their own business.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary coverage for Emergency Radiology during evening hours.
• Manage a diverse caseload of emergency radiology reads.
• Option to perform additional daytime subspecialty reads based on interest and training.

Schedules

• Evening Hours:
• 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time
• 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM Pacific Standard Time
• Annual Shift Target: Estimated between 122 and 240 seven-hour shifts per year. Flexibility in shift length is accommodated.
• Flexible Scheduling Options:
• Target-based scheduling (part-time or full-time)
• 7 days on / 7 days off
• 7 days on / 14 days off

Work Location

Reside anywhere in Hawaii, California, Washington, Nevada, or Oregon.

• Hawaii: Work from home or from the Honolulu satellite office.
• West Coast: Work entirely from home or perform shifts at Bay Area locations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Fellowship-trained radiologist.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Access to advanced technology systems.

Qualifications

• Radiology expertise with a focus on Emergency Radiology.
• Ability to maintain and grow subspecialty expertise (e.g., neuroradiology, MSK, body imaging).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits (for Associate Positions)

• Salary Range: $575,000.00 - $800,000.00 Annually.
