Treasury Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate cross-functional analytical processes for individual items and issues to solve underlying trends and prevent future occurrences.
• Perform independent analysis to maintain partner standards for reconciliation issue resolution and escalate when necessary to ensure compliance.
• Drive internal process improvement and efficiency objectives.
• Generate and report required metrics to internal stakeholders as assigned.
• Partner with the Investment Operations team to execute strategy in coordination and partnership with our clients.
• Reconcile HSA custodial bank accounts and provide deliverables in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Work within a team to leverage Excel and SQL-based internal tools to accomplish large and complex projects with company-wide impacts.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Excel knowledge is required (i.e., Pivot tables/Vlookups/IF statements).
• SQL or VBA knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or another related field required.
• 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
• Location: Hybrid (Boston, Milwaukee or Maitland).
