About the Role
Consultant Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Work within a team of 4 – 6 people with a dedicated product owner.
- Take a business requirement, divide it up into stories and deliver each story iteratively to production.
- Product support is integral to the role.
- Identify areas of technical debt, ensure a healthy balance of tech debt and new functionality is prioritised and worked on.
- Design solutions for new items, ensuring they follow technology guidelines and constraints.
- Pairing with other members of the team.
- Produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Demonstratable experience of Python and UI frameworks like Flask, Dash, and ReactJS.
- Working knowledge of UNIX.
- Hands-on experience with HTTP APIs e.g. RESTful APIs.
- Willingness to learn multiple programming languages.
- Communication within the team is mainly in English.
- Experience in deploying solutions to cloud environments would be beneficial.
