Key Responsibilities

• Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work, including cancellations and refunds.
• Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely reverts on quotes and booking details such as vouchers and confirmations.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
• Ensure customer delight.
• Demonstrate multitasking abilities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Prior experience or comfort working in Night Shifts.
• Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset.
• Excellent structured problem-solving ability.
• Good understanding of different business verticals.
• Disciplined & Process Oriented.
• Presence of Mind.
• Willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Must be Customer-Centric.
• Must enjoy speaking to clients on call.
• Must have high ownership to complete work.
• Must be good at negotiating with suppliers.
