About the Role
Rockstar is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join a market-leading AI voice agent company focused on mortgage lenders. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-driven disruption in a massive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Directing AI agents to build AI agents.
- Standing up new voice agents, reworking existing ones, and extending internal systems.
- Owning voice agents for large mortgage lenders, including direct customer interaction and translating needs into agent functionality.
- Verifying changes through evaluations and simulations before live deployment.
- Building new agents end-to-end.
- Identifying common patterns across customer requests to drive roadmap features.
- Setting the quality bar for agents and deciding on build priorities.

Qualifications
- This role can be a first product role; thinking and writing ability are prioritized over past experience.
- Unusually strong writing skills for customer communication, agent instructions, and documentation.
- Sound judgment for prioritizing requests against available time.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid problem-solving.
- Genuine curiosity about AI.

Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $110K - $150K
