About the Role

You will be aligned with Accenture's Finance Operations vertical. You will determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. This role contributes to boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirming pricing and terms prior to payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Oversee the order sequence of procurement and the financial process end-to-end.
• Manage accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.
• Manage purchase and non-purchase orders.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Systematically handle and manage incoming invoices, verifying accuracy, matching with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating payment.
