Company: Ship in the Mouth
Location: Horamavu Main Road, Outer Ring Rd, Banaswadi, Bengaluru.
Duration: 3 months internship, followed by a full-time role.
Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM, with one weekly off (usually Sunday)
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month during the internship
Reports To: Customer Support Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders from our website, WhatsApp, Amazon and other platforms.
- Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Follow up on order clarifications and delivery delays.
- Coordinate shipments with courier partners and the dispatch team.
- Update stock availability across online stores.
- Coordinate with the finance team on payments, refunds and settlements.
- Maintain accurate CRM and order records.
- Report customer complaints and recurring issues to the team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Organised, patient and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones and spreadsheets.
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
- Able to commute daily to Horamavu, Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Added Advantage: Experience in customer support, e-commerce or Amazon Seller Central.
