Job Title: Voice Process Executive - Accounts Receivable (AR)
About the Role
- An opportunity for freshers to build a career in the US Healthcare / Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
- Position: Voice Process Accounts Receivable (AR).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Make calls to US insurance companies regarding pending claims and payments.
- Follow up on insurance claims, unpaid claims, and outstanding balances.
- Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim/payment status.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and claim-related information.
- Support the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
- Meet process quality, productivity, and communication standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a Night Shift / US Shift.
- MS Office and computer applications.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Any Degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
