The Talent Acquisition Internship at Wishlink offers an opportunity to contribute to finding, engaging, and closing great people across engineering, product, brand, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other job boards, and through referrals, using targeted search strings.
• Reach out to candidates with personalized messages and follow up.
• Screen applicants on short calls, checking their availability, expectations, and fit against the role.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and keep everyone updated on next steps.
• Maintain the hiring tracker (ATS or Google Sheets) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate status.
• Manage the candidate experience from the initial contact to offer or rejection.
• Support employer branding through job posts, college outreach, and LinkedIn content.
• Report weekly on the pipeline, including profiles sourced, response rate, candidates screened, and shortlisted.
