Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

Global Technology division manages the critical systems and platforms that form the backbone of the company's retail, commercial and institutional businesses, as well as key support functions globally. We develop and deploy leading-edge technologies in areas such as mobile and online banking, payments processing, technology infrastructure, cyber-security, risk and capital management and enterprise data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Works across development teams to contribute to the story refinement and delivery of data requirements through the delivery life cycle.
• Leverages architecture components in solution development and collaborates with team members to code solutions to integrate, clean, transform, and control data in operational and analytical data systems per the defined acceptance criteria.
• Builds processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, data quality controls, dependency, and workload management and defines and builds data pipelines to enable data-informed decision making.
• Participates in the development and execution of test plans to produce quantitative results, contributes to existing test suites including integration, regression, and performance, analyzes test reports, identifies test issues and errors, and supports triage of underlying causes.
• Contributes to information technology projects to ensure on-time delivery and adheres to team delivery and release processes.
• Assists team members with identifying, defining, and documenting data engineering requirements and communicates required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
• Works with technology partners and a diverse set of stakeholders to identify and close gaps in data management standards adherence, negotiates paths forward, and helps to identify and communicate solutions to data problems.
• Understands the application life cycle & data lineage and provides support to ensure the application flow succeeds and has right data.
• Builds and monitors key controls on applications to ensure the application availability remains near no downtime and data validations succeed.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

• Eligible Final year students from the Class of 2027 ONLY.
• Degree Type: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Major Specialization: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology.
• CGPA: 70% in the last semester OR CGPA of 7 on a scale of 10 in the last semester with no pending backlog subjects at the time of applying.
• Certifications: Good to have if any.

• Students with Indian citizenship and residing in India.
• Students should be open for any roles that they are finally selected as per the listed Job Descriptions.
• Students should be open to join any of our 5 locations namely – MUMBAI, CHENNAI, GURUGRAM, HYDERABAD, GIFT CITY. Not all campus roles are available in all locations. Location preference will not be given to the students.
• Students must be open to work in any shifts, including night shifts, rotational shifts as per business or process requirement.
