About the Role

Project Vruddhi, an initiative of the Vruddhi Financial Literacy Foundation, is a youth-led non-profit focused on empowering young women through practical financial education. This is a remote volunteer role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of financial literacy workshops.
• Assist with content creation.
• Organize materials.
• Coordinate virtual sessions.
• Research financial topics.
• Prepare presentations or learning resources.
• Engage with participants during online events.
• Gather feedback to improve future sessions.
• Contribute to social media outreach.
• Contribute to community partnerships to raise awareness of the organization’s programs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, messaging platforms).
• Reliable internet access for remote work.

Qualifications

• Ability to research and understand basic financial concepts, such as budgeting, saving, and responsible spending.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating educational materials and interacting with participants.
• Organizational skills for managing tasks, coordinating sessions, and meeting agreed timelines.
• Interest in gender equity, financial literacy, and community development.
• Ability to work respectfully with diverse groups and maintain a supportive, inclusive environment.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or volunteering is helpful but not required.
• Availability to commit consistent time each week.
