Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client RA bills, subcontractor bills, and measurement sheets.
- Verify quantities as per drawings, BOQ, work orders, and site measurements.
- Prepare and maintain MB, BOQ, rate analysis, and billing records.
- Coordinate with Site, Planning, QA/QC, and Accounts teams for billing requirements.
- Track work progress, quantities executed, and pending work.
- Check material reconciliation and support cost control.
- Prepare variation, extra-item, and deduction statements.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills and payments.
- Maintain proper documentation and billing records.
